Shipping Policy
Processing Time All orders are processed within [1–3] business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Standard Shipping: [5–7] business days
- Expedited Shipping: [2–3] business days
- Overnight Shipping: [1] business day
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Shipping Restrictions We currently ship within the United States. At this time, we do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Damaged or Lost Packages Fu'Cha Exotics is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within [48 hours] of delivery at fucha@fuchaexotics.com with photos of the damage and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
Delays We are not liable for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other circumstances outside our control. All delivery times are estimates only.
